Baking: Take Two

UPDATE! These actually turned out like bread. Not hamburger bun quality, but edible. More like a dinner roll. It was promising enough that Malpal actually used a roll to make a cheese sandwich. Still dense, but flavor was there, a little weak on the salt, but not bad. PROGRESS!
Everyone grills on Memorial Day Weekend for whatever reason. Burning meat on metal apparently honors those who have served in the military. I don't get it, but I know I like to grill, and I'm determined to grill some sort of meat and eat it on bread I've made earlier in the day.
Woke up this morning with my mind set on making something edible this time around so I went for it. Scraped by with the bear essentials to prepare my dough, and again, I sit here and write this as it rises. I realize it would be a lot more intriguing with pictures or video, but I'm usually in no state to take or be in pictures when I'm baking.
So, like last time, I shall update with pictures of the outcome when its done, and I promise I won't wait a day to do it. FINGERS CROSSED.
